Designing a positive romance with kids

In my positioning classroom we all try and develop positive associations between children and adults throughout the day. Building positive interactions with children in my classroom where every single child has their own certain special requires is vitally important. The relationship we all build with them will certainly form the groundwork for these kids to enable them to build positive romantic relationship within their individual lives. The 5 children I have inside my class most come from safeguarded homes nonetheless they are seriously challenged equally physically and mentally. Intended for such kids leaving the enclosed environment of their home can leave them feeling extremely vulnerable and sometimes unsafe, therefore throughout the day we are positively rewarding their trust and confidence thereby allowing them to build positive relationships. Each morning while the children moves into the class room we welcome the child warmly calling them by their first name producing the handmade a personal handmade to that child. We greet the child individually and warmly to make the child feel that we could happy to find them, this secures a good relationship between teacher and child.
