Vision Statements and Mission Assertions are the inspiring words chosen by successful leaders to clearly and concisely communicate the course of the firm. By composing a clear mission statement and vision declaration, you can powerfully communicate your intentions and motivate the team or organization to understand an attractive and inspiring prevalent vision for the future. • Planning helps decide upon objectives:  A proper description and integration of general and departmental objectives could result in even more co-ordinated inter-departmental activities and a greater possibility of attaining the entire objectives.

• Planning guarantees a relatedness among decisions.

• Organizing helps the organization to remain even more competitive in its industry:

• Adequate planning reduces unnecessary pressures of immediacy: В
