Social responsibility is a great ethical standard that shows that an organization and/or individual has an obligation to do something in ways that benefits the city and those in it. Company Q's attitude toward social responsibility is usually negative. Managing had chose to decline the food bank's request to contribute day-old items that would support feed the community where every store can be found. Company Q's management dropped the demand because they assumed their particular employees might commit scams and grab the food whenever they say they were donating that. In other words, Organization Q is not concerned with enough regarding giving back to the city to run the chance of their staff stealing the food. Three actions Company Q could have delivered to improve social standing in the city and the employee's attitude toward their social responsibly are: Give exceptional incentives to employees who have volunteer with the local soups kitchen, carry seminars and classes pertaining to the community upon gardening, cooking, and healthy living, provide teaching to all personnel of Company Q in having a community friendly attitude.
By giving particular incentives to employees pertaining to volunteering in a soup kitchen displays the community that Company Q cares enough about helping the unlucky. This will inspire people not simply employees to provide back to the city and demonstrates Company Queen is putting its ideal foot toward set the example. Second of all, Company Q could keep weekly or monthly workshops or classes to teach the individuals of the neighborhood proper growing plants, cooking and ways to include both of those topics in healthy living.
